Statistical Research, Inc., is pleased to announce that Dr. Eric Eugene Klucas will be rejoining SRI as a principal investigator in the Tucson Office. Eric has nearly 25 years of experience in cultural resource management in the American Southwest, serving as principal investigator and project manager for several monitoring, survey, testing, and data recovery projects across Arizona and New Mexico. Eric received degrees in Anthropology from Hamline University (B.A.), the University of Missouri–Columbia (M.A.), and the University of Arizona (Ph.D.). He has also supervised a wide range of archaeological undertakings from small surveys to large, multi-site data recovery projects, for a variety of private and government clients needing NEPA and Section 106 NHPA compliance services. For the past 15 years, Dr. Klucas’s research has focused on the study of domestic organization and the use of space in Formative period villages in the American Southwest. He has directed several multi-site data recovery projects in the Tucson Basin, Tonto Basin, and the northeastern Phoenix Basin. Eric previously worked for SRI from 1992 to 1994 and from 1996 to 2006. Welcome back Eric!
